Tampa JCCs & Federation is a non-profit organization that serves as the central hub for Jewish life in the Tampa Bay area. Its mission is to improve people's lives locally and globally through a range of programs, services, and community support. The organization is affiliated with the Jewish Federations of North America and operates with a mission-driven focus on Jewish life and values.

The organization runs several key facilities and programs. These include the Shanna and Bryan Glazer JCC, a state-of-the-art facility opened in 2016 with a fitness and aquatics center, visual arts center, and senior center. Its JCC North location houses an award-winning Parkinson's program developed in partnership with the Michael J. Fox Foundation. The organization also provides preschool and afterschool care programs, summer camps, and active adult programming.

Beyond its core community services, Tampa JCCs & Federation operates cultural events such as the Jewish Book Festival and Jewish Film Festival, a food bank, counseling offices, and the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator. Its work extends globally, with services reaching more than 60 countries worldwide, in addition to its presence in the Tampa Bay area and Israel.
