By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, posting a job, applying for a job, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
1. About FlexWork Florida
FlexWork Florida is an online job board connecting job seekers with employers offering flexible professional work opportunities throughout Florida.
FlexWork Florida is not:
An employer
A staffing agency
A recruiting firm
An employment agency
A labor organization
A party to any employment relationship
Employment relationships are created solely between employers and job seekers. FlexWork Florida does not participate in hiring decisions, employment offers, compensation negotiations, employment contracts, or workplace management.
2. Eligibility
To use the Site, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally permitted to use the Site.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
You agree that you will not:
Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
Post discriminatory or unlawful job advertisements.
Impersonate another individual or organization.

Employers agree that job postings will:
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and anti-discrimination laws.
Accurately describe the position.
Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information.
Not advertise unlawful or fraudulent opportunities.
FlexWork Florida reserves the right, but not the obligation, to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any job posting at any time and for any reason.
6. Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is truthful and accurate.
By applying through the Site, you authorize FlexWork Florida to share your application materials with the employer that posted the position.

Interviews
Employment offers
Responses from employers
Employment outcomes
7. Marketplace Disclaimer
FlexWork Florida provides an online marketplace where employers may advertise employment opportunities and job seekers may discover and apply for those opportunities.
FlexWork Florida does not:
Verify employers.
Verify applicants.
Conduct background checks.
Verify licenses or certifications.
Guarantee the legitimacy of any employer or applicant.
Guarantee job availability.
Guarantee hiring decisions.
Guarantee employment.
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any employment or contractual relationship.
8. Fraud Prevention
Users should exercise caution when communicating with others through the Site.
Never:
Send money in connection with a job opportunity.
Provide banking information before verifying an employer.
Share sensitive personal information unless necessary.
Report suspicious activity immediately through our website contact form.
FlexWork Florida is not responsible for fraudulent conduct committed by third parties.
9. Payments and Refunds
Employers purchasing job postings agree to pay all applicable fees.
Unless otherwise required by law:
Fees are non-refundable once a job posting has been published.
Unused postings are non-refundable.
Pricing may change at any time.
Applicable taxes may be charged.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of job postings.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content, logos, graphics, software, text, and original materials are owned by VHR Blueprint, doing business as FlexWork Florida, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant FlexWork Florida a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Site.
11. Third-Party Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services.
FlexWork Florida does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexWork Florida disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy
Availability
We do not guarantee that:
The Site will operate without interruption.
Job postings are accurate.
Employers or applicants are legitimate.
Employment will result from use of the Site.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VHR Blueprint, doing business as FlexWork Florida, and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:
The amount paid by you to FlexWork Florida during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
One Hundred U.S. Dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations; therefore, portions of this section may not apply.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VHR Blueprint, doing business as FlexWork Florida, together with its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
Your use of the Site;
Your job postings or applications;
Your submitted content;
Your violation of these Terms; or
Your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Termination does not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to us.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
