SolutionHealth is an integrated 501(c)(3) non-profit health system serving communities across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Founded in 2018, it provides coordinated healthcare services through a workforce of approximately 4,000 staff and more than 700 providers, reaching over half a million residents.

The system was formed from organizations with more than 130 years of combined community service. In 2020, SolutionHealth implemented a Unified Epic Electronic Medical Record System across all its facilities, enabling seamless care coordination and representing a significant investment in healthcare IT infrastructure.

SolutionHealth's operational priorities include expanding primary care access, developing advanced clinical programs close to patients' homes, and addressing behavioral health needs through community-based partnerships and advocacy. The organization maintains a focus on solving healthcare problems relevant to the communities it serves.
