Founded in 1913, Harbor operates 24 locations across Northwest Ohio with over 550 employees. Its services span mental health treatment, substance use disorder treatment, developmental pediatrics, primary care, vocational rehabilitation, and an Employee Assistance Program.
In 2023, Harbor opened a Mental Health Urgent Care center, offering same-day walk-in services without referral. The organization is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, guided by core values of Help First, Everybody, Learn & Grow, Positivity, and Safety.
