Fontainebleau Development

Fontainebleau Development owns and operates the Fontainebleau luxury resort brand, including Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Fontainebleau Las Vegas, across hospitality, dining, nightlife and events.

Fontainebleau Development owns and operates the Fontainebleau luxury hospitality brand, whose flagship property, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, sits on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach on 20 oceanfront acres in Millionaire's Row. Originally designed by architect Morris Lapidus and opened under a brand founded in 1954, the resort offers fine dining, nightlife, spa facilities and premium event spaces. The building is ranked 93rd in the American Institute of Architects' "America's Favorite Architecture" list and first in the AIA Florida Chapter's "Florida Architecture: 100 Years. 100 Places".

The company also owns and operates Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a 67-story vertically integrated luxury resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Together the two properties account for over 1,500 rooms. Both are run by Fontainebleau Development, led by the Soffer family. Other parts of the guest experience include LIV, a well-known nightclub at the Miami Beach resort.

Operations span luxury hospitality, hotels and resorts, fine dining, nightlife, spa and wellness, and events. The Florida footprint is concentrated at the Miami Beach property, which combines a 70-year design heritage with contemporary resort operations.
