A non-profit organisation that uses behavioural science to develop programmes helping people across education, workplaces, and public service engage constructively across differences.
The Constructive Dialogue Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit organisation founded in 2017. It applies behavioural science to help people develop openness to diverse perspectives and build the skills needed for constructive dialogue across differences. The organisation operates nationwide across the United States.
The institute works with higher education institutions, high schools, workplaces, and public service organisations. It has partnered with more than 150 colleges and universities to date. Its core offering, Perspectives, is a research-backed blended learning programme that draws on psychology concepts and interactive scenarios. The institute also provides workshops, certifications, and strategic guidance for leadership.
The organisation's approach is evidence-based and grounded in science. Its programmes aim to equip participants with both the mindset and practical skill set to engage productively with people who hold different views.
