Ancora Education is a workforce solutions provider that addresses labor shortages in the United States through technology-driven educational programs and online learning. The company operates as part of the Lindenwood Education System and maintains campus locations across the country. Its offerings span multiple industry verticals, including healthcare, IT, business, transportation, and skilled trades.

The company organizes its work through four main divisions: Ancora Academy, Ancora Education, Ancora High School, and Ancora Training. Ancora High School, launched in 2022 and accredited by Cognia, allows adult learners to earn a high school diploma online in a self-paced format. Ancora Training provides workforce solutions such as CDL and other customizable training for corporate, community college, and government agency partners.

Ancora Education also oversees several private, post-secondary school brands with campuses nationwide. These include Arizona Automotive Institute (AAI), Berks Technical Institute (BTI), McCann School of Business & Technology, Miller-Motte College, and South Texas Vocational Technical Institute (STVT).
